Terms of use
Last updated October 20, 2026
By using RecordWork you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What RecordWork is
RecordWork is a free directory of public court reporting jobs, news, events and resources. We show headlines, short summaries in our own words, and links to the original sources. We don't copy full articles or images. Listings can change or close at any time, so always confirm details with the original source before you rely on them.
Posting jobs and listings
If you post a job, list your services or send us a message, you promise that what you send is true, that you have the right to share it, and that it isn't spam, a scam, discriminatory or illegal. You keep ownership of what you post, and you let RecordWork show it on the site and in email updates. We review posts before they appear and may edit, decline or remove any post at any time.
Things you may not do
- Post false, misleading or fraudulent jobs or offers.
- Collect other people's contact details for spam.
- Try to overload, break into or scrape the site in a way that harms it.
- Use RecordWork or its assistant to break the law or to harm anyone.
Sponsored content
Paid placements are labeled "Sponsored". They never change how jobs or news are ranked.
The assistant
RecordWork's AI assistant can make mistakes. It only points to listings already on RecordWork. Don't rely on it for legal, licensing or financial decisions.
No warranty
RecordWork is provided "as is". We don't promise that the site will always be available or that every listing is accurate or complete. To the extent the law allows, RecordWork isn't responsible for losses that come from using the site or from listings posted by others.
Copyright concerns (DMCA)
We respect copyright. If you believe something on RecordWork infringes your copyright, email our designated agent at dmca@recordwork.org with: your contact details; the work you believe was copied; the link to the material on RecordWork; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We'll remove material that infringes and may end the access of repeat infringers. If your post was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address.
Designated agent: Christopher Cardoza, RecordWork, dmca@recordwork.org.
